Sonic Labs Integration

With our Sonic Labs integration, you can now quickly and easily receive pathology results directly in your Halaxy software without you needing to do anything, including blood tests, gene-based testing, tissue pathology, and more.

Our Sonic Labs integration means you receive your patients’ results directly in your system so you can focus on patients’ treatment, without the need to follow up lab results yourself.

Express Appointments

With Halaxy’s new express appointments feature your patients can make a booking with your practice and have an online consultation with a practitioner as soon as the practitioner is available. 

Express appointments make it easy for your practice to manage short consultations or services such as repeat prescriptions, medical certificates, referrals, and more.

HealthLink and Medical-Objects Integrations

Halaxy now integrates directly with HealthLink and Medical-Objects, giving you more ways to securely send and receive clinical documents in Halaxy.

Halaxy's HealthLink and Medical-Objects integrations increases your network with whom you can send and receive clinical documents securely.

Discover some of the other improvements we rolled out in the last couple of months.

Real Time Prescription Monitoring: With Halaxy’s Real Time Prescription Monitoring integration, when you add a drug to a prescription that is monitored in your state, Halaxy automatically checks the national data exchange and notifies you immediately about whether your patient has a relevant medication history. Appointment report improvements: You can now apply a bulk update to the appointment status or appointment location of multiple patients when you run an appointment report. Learn more about appointment reports.

Saved drugs: When you add a drug to an order, you can now click the star icon next to the drug to add it to your Saved Drugs list. Saved drugs give you an easy way to sort, manage, and re-prescribe drugs that you regularly use in your practice.  

Halaxy Chat Improvements: We've made Halaxy Chat even better. You can now easily search for the chats of other team members in your practice, sort Halaxy chats by last sent date, and show / hide inactive chats with filters.

Automatic refunds for cancellations: When a patient cancels their own appointment, you now have the option to automatically refund any payment. Learn more about refunds.

Professional contact management: When a professional contact leaves their practice, you can remove the practice from the contact's profile.

New Finance Report: You can now create a report to find out which of your patients do not have a credit card on file. Learn more about finance reports.

Address autocomplete: When you start typing an address in Halaxy, you are now shown a suggested address which you can select to automatically fill in the address details for you.
