While things are winding down for the year, we have a ton of new features and improvements that we’re excited to release in 2025, including lab results integration, Halaxy’s open API, and a lot of new and exciting features that have a big impact for you and your patients!

Customer service in December

Halaxy’s customer service team will remain available 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday – excluding weekends and public holidays. In the days between Christmas and New Year, we will be operating a reduced team, so wait times may be slightly longer than usual.
