Welcome to the April edition of our What’s New newsletter. This month, we introduced a range of new features and enhancements to Halaxy that make healthcare better for everyone, everywhere.
New product feature
Here is the top feature we’ve released this month.

Halaxy AI Scribe is now available for Halaxy Telehealth consultations.
Just like your in-person consultations, Halaxy AI Scribe can now capture your remote video and phone sessions in real time and automatically turn them into comprehensive clinical notes, ready when your appointment ends.
You can output your consultation notes into clinical templates such as SOAP notes, DAP notes, Mental Health assessment reports, or create your own templates in your Halaxy template library.
You don’t need to type or transcribe notes into third-party tools, transfer private patient data between systems, or copy patient data into other systems. Halaxy AI Scribe works quietly in the background across all your consultation types, so you can focus on treating your patients while Halaxy takes care of the rest.
Halaxy AI Scribe for Halaxy Telehealth is a complimentary feature to this paid add-on, available within your existing credit usage at no additional cost.

Clinical Tool Library expands across specialties.
This month, we’ve expanded the Clinical Tool Library with new tools across rehabilitation, mental health, neurodevelopment, tendon injury, independent living assessment, and operative reporting, to name a few!
Halaxy’s Clinical Tool Library helps practitioners access clinical tools specific to your profession to track patient progress more easily, so you can make stronger clinical decisions with less time spent on documentation.
Used by over 90 professions including general practice, medical specialists, surgery, and mental health, you always can access the right tool at the right moment.
Single Sign-on (SSO) for Practices using Microsoft products
If your practice uses Microsoft products, you can now log in to Halaxy using your Microsoft credentials, making access quicker and more seamless across your team.
SSO allows you to log in once and access Halaxy without needing to re-enter your details each time. It connects Halaxy to your organisation’s existing login system, so your team can use the same credentials they already use across other software services.
This is especially useful for larger practices or organisations with multiple practitioners, groups and locations, where consistent access and clearer separation of data is important.
