What’s New in Halaxy: April 2024
In the last month Halaxy’s Melbourne and Vancouver teams moved offices, we hosted our first live webinar of 2024, and we continue to roll out new features like multiple letterheads and customisation options such as profile training status, to make your Halaxy better every day.

Here are the top features and updates that we released in the last month:
Added Letterhead Customisation
Create multiple, fully customised letterhead templates for your practice in Halaxy - at a group, practice, or practitioner level. This feature lets you display the exact information you need in your letterheads, from practitioner provider numbers, contact information, practice location and hours information, and more.

Profile Training Status
Practitioners who are still undergoing training can now add a training status label on their profile. You can quickly and easily add your training status when you edit your profile.

🛠️ Other Improvements
Discover some of the other improvements and updates we recently rolled out across Halaxy:
Additional Administrator Access Settings: New user access settings are now available for Administrator users with Contact Access. These new settings include allowing or restricting their access to fax, secure messages and intake forms.
New Remittance Options for Processing Fees: You now have the ability to select how you want to remit processing fees to Halaxy. By default, processing fees are automatically deducted from payments before they are deposited to your bank account. With our new update, you can opt to have full payments deposited to your bank account first, then have processing fees charged to your stored credit card as an expense. Updated Invoice Send Status Icon: You can now choose to display a paper plane icon on any calendar appointment, as a quick visual indicator showing if its invoice has already been sent out. This preference can be updated in your calendar preferences.

🗓️ Scheduled Maintenance
On Sunday, April 7, Halaxy’s platform will undergo a scheduled maintenance to upgrade our database, from 1:45am to 3:15am AEDT. We expect this process to take 1.5 hours, however this estimated time is subject to change. During this time you will not be able to access your Halaxy account. We appreciate your understanding as we complete this upgrade to improve the Halaxy platform.
