NDIA Claims through HICAPS

Halaxy's integration with HICAPS Digital Claims makes it quick and easy for you to process agency-managed (NDIA) claims, directly from any Halaxy invoice.

Processing claims via HICAPS removes manual paperwork and expensive terminals, and payments are usually received the next business day – saving you time and giving you payment certainty.

NDIS Plan Managed invoices

With Halaxy you can use our Plan Managed invoice templates which include "bill to" and "care of" fields. These templates help you meet Plan Managed invoice requirements and ensures you promptly receive payment.

Automatic NDIS fee updates

Halaxy’s preset fees automatically update for item numbers that you use whenever there are changes to the NDIS pricing arrangements and price limits, so you never need to look up the schedules and never have to manually update them yourself. This removes admin and errors, and ensures that you always get paid the correct amount.
