Our new funding period enhancements further remove your administration and give you greater flexibility over how you manage and monitor budget NDIS utilisation.

Plan details overview

With our plan overview you can add a plan start date, end date, and overall plan limit, so you have a clear view of the patient’s NDIS plan.

Funding periods

With funding periods, you can better track each support type with referrals, including specifying different ranges for funding periods i.e. 1, 3, 12 months, the number of periods, and the limit per period. This makes managing NDIS funding period requirements easy and Halaxy automatically tracks budget utilisation for you, so you don’t need to make manual budget calculations.

Additional Notes

Quickly add notes to the plan to provide additional context, e.g. participant goals or other information relevant to the participant.

Budget rollover

Easily rollover the remaining budget amount from one referral / funding period into a new one. This helps you monitor spending within the period and removes the need to make manual budget calculations.

Automatic NDIS fee updates

We’ve updated Halaxy’s Global Fee Database to reflect the NDIS pricing changes for 1 July, so you can manage the pricing updates straight away, removing the need to manually update them yourself. All you need to do is click “Update Fees” and Halaxy automatically manages everything for you – making sure you get paid the correct amount every time. We continuously update our Global Fee Database to reflect changes to NDIS pricing and other funding bodies.

Meet updated travel requirements

We have added travel versions of all relevant NDIS fees to our preset database, so you meet the new travel claim requirements and promptly receive payment. All you need to do is:

• Create an appointment and add or import the travel version of the relevant NDIS preset fee.
• Set the duration of the appointment based on your travel time and click Save.

NDIA Claims through HICAPS

Halaxy's integration with HICAPS Digital Claims makes it quick and easy for you to process agency-managed (NDIA) claims, directly from any Halaxy invoice.

Processing claims via HICAPS removes manual paperwork and expensive terminals, and payments are usually received the next business day – saving you time and giving you payment certainty.
