Halaxy Patient Surveys
With our new patient surveys feature, you can create fully customised patient surveys for your practice - in just minutes - for free.

Halaxy Payment Plans
Halaxy’s new payment plans feature allows you to split invoices into smaller amounts of your choosing, which can then be paid by your patients at a scheduled frequency of your choosing (weekly or monthly).
Payment plans make high value services more manageable for your patients, give you payment certainty, and help separate the financial relationship from the clinical relationship you have with patients.

🛠️ Other improvements
Discover some of the other improvements and updates we recently rolled out:
Google Pay / Apple Pay is now available: Halaxy gives you flexibility when it comes to processing payments, including adding Apple Pay and Google Pay as payment methods for patients when paying an invoice via secure payment link. You can also use Halaxy’s Auto Payments to process payments automatically, saving you time and reducing no shows.
Prescription reports: You can now create and export prescription reports that lists key information about your prescription dates, prescription types, patient names, prescribers, and prescribed items. Read our full guide to prescription reports.
Snooze patient arrival notifications: Patient arrival notifications let you quickly and easily notify the relevant practitioner in your practice that their patient has arrived for their appointment. You can now choose to 'snooze' the notification pop up so it won't appear for 5 minutes.
Automatic Medicare / DVA verification: You can now enable the automatic verification of Medicare / DVA card details for your patients, helping to reduce admin and keep your records up to date. Choose to automatically validate card details for patients with upcoming appointments or for new patients added to your Halaxy.
Halaxy list improvements: Updates to a number of Halaxy lists gives you greater flexibility over how you view and interact with the data in Halaxy lists, improves performance, and offers an optimised experience for mobile users.
