Welcome to the November edition of our What’s New newsletter. As part of this monthly newsletter, we look at the most popular features released in the last month, what we’re working on, as well as any other important updates that benefit you.  

Here are the top features and updates that we released last month: 

Halaxy Heidi Health Integration 

Halaxy’s Heidi Health integration uses AI to make it easy to automatically record your appointments and then automatically turn recordings into structured clinical notes, patient summaries, referral letters, and more. 

Instead of typing out patient notes during or after appointments, you can focus solely on patient care.

Failed Payment Notifications and Payment Retries

You can now automatically send your patients SMS or email notifications when their payment fails in Halaxy and also enable automatic payment retries when a payment fails in Halaxy after an appointment start time.   

These new payment features give you increased payment certainty, improve your cashflow, and remove time spent on manually following up / retrying failed payments – helping to separate the clinical and financial relationship between you and your patients.

New Intake Form Preferences 

You can now make it mandatory for patients to complete intake forms before they finish making an online booking with your practice – giving you even more options for how you request and capture patient information.  

By requiring patients to complete an assigned intake form before they finish making an online booking, it saves you and your patients time and hassle - allowing you to focus on patient care, not administration, during an appointment.

Discover some of the other improvements and updates we recently rolled out: '

Apple Pay: Patients can now pay for their online bookings using Apple Pay. 

Improved Credit Usage Report: Halaxy's credit usage reports makes it easy to track your expenses and monitor how you are using your credits. Credit usage reports now include the total number of SMS messages (reminders or other SMS messages) your practice used in a chosen date range.

Personal Appointments: Under Schedule > Appointment List, in the Personal tab, you can now get an overview of all your past and upcoming personal appointments, as well as Export & Print this data if you choose.

Clinical Note Search: We've updated Halaxy’s clinical note filters so you can now search by keyword - helping you quickly and easily sort and find the clinical note(s) you are looking.
