What's New in Halaxy: March 2026

Welcome to the March edition of our What’s New newsletter. This month, we introduced a range of new features and enhancements to Halaxy as we continue to make healthcare better for everyone, everywhere.

Here are the top features and updates we’ve released this month.

AI Patient Clinical Summary

Halaxy's AI Patient Clinical Summary

Halaxy’s AI Patient Clinical Summary, summarises your patient's history in seconds.

Our AI Patient Clinical Summary draws from your structured clinical records, including notes, prescriptions, referrals, allergies and more, summarising it all in the one place.

No more scrolling through past notes or piecing together years of records. One click gives you a clear, actionable snapshot, helping you focus on your patient from the moment they walk in.

🧠 Powered by your structured data – draws from clean, structured clinical records such as prescriptions, diagnoses and consultation notes. This provides a level of accuracy that you cannot get from generic AI tools.

⏱ Instant context, any specialty – generate summaries across the last three months, six months, 12 months or more, tailored to what’s relevant for your consult. They are customised for each profession – GPs, physicians, surgeons, physios, psychologists and more.

✏️ Ready to use – editable and reusable within your existing workflow for referrals, handovers or ongoing care notes and/or letters.

Halaxy is your source of truth for patient and practice information. Now Halaxy AI turns all that data into actionable insights you can use instantly.

Scheduling one-off emails

Scheduling one-off emails in Halaxy

With Halaxy’s scheduled one-off emails, you can follow up with patients at just the right time. This way you can do all your administration in one go but schedule your emails to be sent at a later date.

Send care instructions or follow-ups a day or two after a consult, or schedule messages to arrive on a weekday if you composed them over the weekend.

Scheduling messages saves you time and ensures your patients get the right information exactly when they need it.
