Halaxy Chat – patients
Halaxy Chat already gave you an easy way to communicate in real time with practitioners and administrators in your practice, and now you can use Halaxy Chat with your patients, all in the one program, in the one place.
This makes it easy for you to directly communicate with your patients in real time, which helps improve patient engagement and enables continuity of care. Halaxy Chat gives you the freedom to choose which patients to enable it for, and also ensures only practitioners can start a chat with patients, so you are in control of all Halaxy Chat conversations.

Improved invoice list
We’ve made further improvements to Halaxy’s invoice list, including adding new labels for invoice status, streamlined invoice preview options, a new sent status column, and a quick action menu.

Discover some of the other improvements we rolled out in the last month.
Process payments ahead of time: With Halaxy Auto Payments, you can now choose to process all unpaid invoices automatically up to 7 days before an appointment. This gives you payment certainty, improves your cash flow, and removes admin. Read our full guide to Halaxy Auto Payments.
Send intake forms from patient search: You can now send a patient intake form directly from the patient search bar in Halaxy! This helps to streamline your practice and gives you another way to request health information from your patients before they arrive for their appointment.
