As the year draws to a close, we want to take a moment to say thank you. Thank you for all you do to make people’s lives better. We put together this video to recognise what practitioners using Halaxy deliver each and every day.

We also want to acknowledge the tragic events at Bondi this week. Our thoughts are with the victims and their loved ones, and with everyone affected by a moment that does not reflect the values of care and community that define Australia. An attack on the Jewish community is an attack on us all.

Enhancements to Reminder Settings

This month, we’ve redesigned the Reminder settings page to reduce clicks and screens, making it faster and easier to manage your reminders. We’ve also added enhanced functionality, with dynamic terms for email subjects.

Your email subject headers can now include dynamic terms for reminder or invoice emails. Include patient names, invoice numbers, reference numbers or other terms to personalise reminders automatically without the manual work. Learn more
