New feature: Introducing Halaxy Chat

Halaxy Chat gives you a new way to communicate with practitioners and administrators in your practice, all within the one program, in the one place.

With Halaxy Chat you can access real-time in-app messaging from anywhere in your Halaxy, helping to streamline your communications and stay on top of what’s going on in your practice – all in one program. 

Halaxy Chat benefits you in a number of ways, making it easy to:  

✅ Send in-app messages to individual users or your entire practice - without needing any other chat applications or programs

✅ Receive in-app notifications when other users message you via Halaxy Chat

Start using Halaxy Chat in your practice today

To enable Halaxy Chat, all you need to do is:

• Go to Settings > General
• Under Group Settings, next to Chat, click the pencil icon
• In the pop-up, select Enabled and click Save

After you enable Halaxy Chat, all you need to do is go to Personal > Chat or click the speech bubble icon in the top right-hand corner of your Halaxy software and you can start a chat with anyone in your practice immediately.
