Research that caught our eye
We take a closer look at impactful healthcare research from around the globe.
The use of medication home delivery services increased dramatically during the Covid-19 pandemic, driven by a need to provide safe and efficient access to medication, particularly to vulnerable and remote members of the community.
A qualitative study examining the perspectives of both pharmacists and caregivers found that medication delivery services provide many benefits, including improving medication compliance and providing greater healthcare access to patients in rural and remote communities.
By using Halaxy you can give your patients the option to choose to have any medication you prescribe in Halaxy be sent to them via Evermed or Chemist2U’s prescription delivery service, with delivery times between 1-3 days based on location.
