Notify patients when their payment fails  

You can now automatically send your patients SMS or email notifications when their payment fails in Halaxy. Notifying your patients of a failed payment gives them time to resolve any issue they may have, such as insufficient funds in their bank account, expired card details, or other technical issues. 

Automatically retry failed payments 

You can now also enable payments to automatically be retried when a payment fails in Halaxy - from 1 to 48 hours after an appointment time. 

These new payment features give you increased payment certainty, improve your cashflow, and remove time spent on manually following up / retrying failed payments – helping to separate the clinical and financial relationship between you and your patients.
