How to import a preset fee into your Halaxy software

To import a preset fee into your Halaxy software, directly from your calendar, all you need to do is:

• Open your calendar and create an appointment;
• For Fees, enter the name of the fee/service or funding body and select it from the dropdown;
• In the pop-up, set up the fee as needed; and  
• Click Import Fee.

The fee is added to your Fees List, the appointment, and the linked invoice.
