New Payment Notification Preferences

Choose to automatically send your patients SMS or email notifications if a payment fails in Halaxy and enable payments to automatically be retried when a payment fails in Halaxy.

Halaxy Payment Plans

Halaxy payment plans allow you to split invoices into smaller amounts of your choosing, which can then be paid by your patients at a scheduled frequency (weekly or monthly). Payment plans help people access healthcare services which they might otherwise be hesitant to do so due to costs and give you added payment certainty.

Deposit Allocations

You can now seamlessly allocate patient and organisation deposits to multiple invoices all at once, in just a few clicks, rather than having to allocate individually to each invoice. This removes your practice administration and is great if your payer gives you one payment covering multiple invoices.
