We built Halaxy for the same reason you became a practitioner: to make health better.

We don’t think you should have to pay to treat your patients or manage your practice.
That's why Halaxy's core software is free, including:

  • Calendar and online bookings
  • Invoicing and billing for patients and organisations
  • Patient records and case notes
  • Directory profile
  • Financial reports

You can manage your entire practice with Halaxy's clinical management software - saving up to an hour every day.

We’d prefer to make a small amount of money from a lot of people and make healthcare better for everyone, rather than make a lot of money from a few. We now have over 31,000 practitioners signed up to Halaxy, showing the power of the network and how many practices we are helping save time and treat more patients.

Watch Halaxy’s founders talk in more detail about why Halaxy’s core software is free on the video below:

Optional add-on products

You only pay for optional add-on products designed to further remove your administration, so you have more time to treat patients.

Electronic patient fee payments processing
You only need to enter the payment details once and payment can be electronically processed in 1 second whenever you see the patient.

Payments cost 2% + AU$1 per transaction - with no monthly or set-up fees.

You can continue to accept fees by cash, cheque, eftpos, etc., for which there is no charge.

Halaxy credits and SMS reminders
You can use Halaxy credits to send: SMS reminders, secure messages through ReferralNet or Argus, or to process TAC and Medicare/ DVA claims online instantly. Cost per Halaxy credit: AU$0.22 - which you can top up in bulk and save.

And that’s it!
As you can see, our core software is free, and by being free, we can make Halaxy available to every practitioner, everywhere, building a clinical referral network to benefit practitioners and patients alike.
