New at Halaxy! Order Results page updates & Sonic Labs improvements
With our Sonic Labs integration, you receive pathology results directly in your Halaxy software without you needing to do anything, including blood tests, gene-based testing, tissue pathology, and more
We continually add new pathology features and tools to Halaxy – including enhancements to our Sonic Labs integration – that further streamline your clinical workflow and remove your administration.
Order Results page enhancements
We have made enhancements to the Order Results page in Halaxy, including:
Streamlined results grouping: Order results are now grouped together if they share the same patient, practice, or Lab Identification number. This means a single order request can include multiple tests (e.g. blood and swab), which helps to streamline your record keeping and ensures results are grouped in a clinically relevant way.
Add order results to a new clinical note: You can add order results to a new clinical note in the patient profile, which now contains all of the results grouped under it.
Automatically update clinical notes: When new results become available, you can automatically update the relevant clinical note to include the results by clicking Update Clinical Note directly from the order result.
Add results to a clinical order: For clinical orders created in Halaxy, you can quickly and easily attach results directly to the original clinical order from the order result, in just one click.

In the last few months we’ve added new features that simplify your clinical order workflow and remove your administration, including:
- Clinical order favourites: When you add a pathology or clinical imaging order to your favourites, you can now give it a unique name, making it easy for you to identify and manage your list of favourite orders in Halaxy. Learn more.
- Multiple clinical orders: When creating an order in Halaxy, you can easily request multiple pathology or clinical imaging order tests together. Learn more.
- Saved tests and orders: You can save your most frequently ordered tests and entire clinical orders for repeat use. This simplifies your clinical order workflow by saving your most frequently used orders for quick and easy access. Learn more.
